I was an early lead designer for Google One, a data management service aimed at Google users seeking additional cloud storage for Drive, Gmail, and other services. Initially, the project, led by a small team, focused on service and support rather than storage. Over time, it pivoted to offer tiered storage options like 1TB, 2TB, and so on. My role involved collaborating with engineers, project managers, user researchers, and other designers to develop and refine the service.
